Secure-Defend Symposium: Notice of Filming and Photography

By attending the Secure Defend Symposium or any event hosted by the MSU Small Business Development Center (SBDC), you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

Your participation and presence at the event premises signify your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded, and to the use, release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all media captured of your likeness, voice, and name for any purpose related to the MSU SBDC's initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, use on websites, social media, news releases, and promotional materials, in perpetuity.

By entering the event premises, you waive any rights or claims you may have against the MSU SBDC regarding the use of any recorded media of you at the event. This waiver includes, without limitation, the right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recordings, and any claims related to invasion of privacy, violation of publicity rights, defamation, copyright infringement, or any compensation for the use of such media.

Please note that all photography, filming, and recording will be conducted in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to these terms, we kindly ask that you do not enter the event premises.
